The Email group, IDSA Community, is open to IDSA faculty, members of IDSA, IDSA alumni, and past and present members of the Executive Council.

The objective is to build an IDSA fraternity, and to exchange, promote and disseminate information on issues of national and international importance.

The guidelines are:

• Members may post information and articles as well as their observations, comments and responses to information posted.
• The posts should deal with issues of national and international importance.
• Members should focus on ideas and information while avoiding issues of personal nature. They should not use unparliamentary, intemperate and objectionable language. No hate mail, or incendiary remarks will be allowed.
