The success of China and India’s vaccine diplomacy is yet to be decided as the two Asian giants scramble for influence and goodwill. India, which is known as the ‘pharmacy of the world’ is likely to gear up its vaccine supplies as its second wave subsides and mass inoculations make a third wave increasingly unlikely, says Dr. Pattanaik.
