Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Swasti Rao’s paper on ‘Rogue vs Responsible Approach to Space 2.0: Mapping India-Quad Collaboration Matrix in the Outer Space in 21st Century’, that she presented at the International E-Conference ‘Vijigishu 2021’, organized by Amity University, Noida, on September 22-24, 2021, won the Best Paper Award for the technical session ‘Asia Pacific in Security Perspective’.
