Uttam Sinha Appointed as Distinguished Fellow at INSSSL

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha was appointed as a Distinguished Fellow at the Institute of National Security Studies, Sri Lanka (INSSSL) on September 14, 2016.

Based in Colombo, INSSSL is a recently created national think-tank of the Ministry of Defense. The President of Sri Lanka is the Patron of the Board of Governors. The Secretary to the MoD is its Chairman, while the Chief of Defense Staff and Commanders of the tri-forces are the Board Members.
