Uttam Sinha on Technical Advisory Panel of South Asia Water Governance Programme

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha has been selected on the Technical Advisory Panel of the South Asia Water Governance Programme. The Programme is a part of the DFID-India initiative to improve the management of water within and between South Asian countries.
