Aunrag Bisen Participates in 2nd High North Talks in Geneva

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Aunrag Bisen participated in the 2nd High North Talks in Geneva, Switzerland on 19-20 January 2023. The talks were organised by the Diplomatic Dialogue Division of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy to brainstorm the implications of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict in the Arctic and to explore a resumption of suspended engagement in the region.
