Maj Gen Bipin Bakshi Attends Conclave on ‘Mission Bharat 2047: India’s Challenges and Way Forward’

Deputy Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Maj Gen (Dr) Bipin Bakshi participated as a panelist on the fourth edition conclave on India Vision 2047, organised by Samanvaya Centre for Policy Implementation and Governance Research on 13-14 December 2022. Gen Bakshi spoke on the prevailing global geopolitical scenario and India’s National Security Strategy.
