Jagannath Panda Speaks at Virtual Event on Preventing Conflict in the Indo-Pacific Organised by HCSS and The Japanese Embassy

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda spoke at a virtual event on ‘Preventing Conflict in the Indo-Pacific: Opportunities for Cooperation between Japan and Europe’, organised by The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS), The Netherlands, and The Japanese Embassy in The Netherlands on 17 February 2022.
The Welcome Address in the event was delivered by HE Amb. Horinouchi Hidehisa, Ambassador of Japan to the Netherlands, and the Keynote Address was delivered by Prof. Akihiko Tanaka, President of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan.
