Director General, IDSA, Amb. Sujan R. Chinoy spoke in a Session on ‘Regional Interpretations-Developing a Baseline’, at a Conference on Free and Open Indo-Pacific, organised by the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada, on January 22, 2020.

Amb. Chinoy outlined the organic evolution of the Indo-Pacific as an inclusive, rules-based architecture that is more democratic and representative.
