Chinoy participated at a Conference on ‘Interconnectivity in Central Asia: Challenges & Opportunities’, hosted by the Government of Uzbekistan on February 19, 2019. Amb. Chinoy highlighted in his remarks the scourge of cross-border terrorism and safehavens, and the great potential to deepen India’s ties with the region.
