Uttam Sinha Speaks on Water and Foreign Policy at FSI

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha delivered a lecture on ‘Water and Foreign Policy’ before the foreign diplomats at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) on April 6, 2015. The lecture was a part of the 59th Professional Course for Foreign Diplomats (PCFD) conducted by FSI, Ministry of External Affairs.
