Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Jagannath Panda delivered a speech on ‘The Panchsheel Discourse: The post-1962 Sino-Indian Relations; at an international conference on ‘China’s Relations with Neighboring Countries during the Cold War’ in Shanghai, from October 26-29, 2013. The conference was jointly organised by the Centre for Cold War International History Studies, East China Normal University, Shanghai (China) and the History and Public Policy Division of the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars, USA.
