Visiting Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr Saurav Raj Pant presented a paper on ‘Understanding Nepal’s Foreign Aid and Investment Partnership with India, China and the US since 2015, on 05 December 2023. The session was chaired by Senior Fellow, Dr Ashok Behuria. The presentation was followed by insightful remarks by MP-IDSA scholars, Dr Uttam Kumar Sinha, and Dr Nihar Ranjan Nayak.
