Former Additional Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat and a Member of the National Security Advisory Board, Shri Jaydeva Ranade shared his perceptions on ‘Sino-Indian Relations in the Far East, South-China Sea and various other countries of this region’ at IDSA on March 20, 2013. Former Vice-Chief of the Naval Staff and Fleet Commander, Eastern Naval Fleet, Admiral Anoop Singh, moderated the discussions.
