Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Adil Rasheed made a presentation on ‘Ancient Moorings of India’s Strategic Culture’ on 14 September 2023, at the USANAS Scholar’s Program, organised by the USANAS Foundation, at the India Habitat Centre. Dr Rasheed spoke on the importance of Vedanta texts, Arthashastra and Nistisara in shaping India’s strategic culture.
