Adil Rasheed Speaks on Hybrid Warfare Army War College, Mhow

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Adil Rasheed participated in a roundtable discussion as part of the Higher Command Course at Army War College in Mhow and delivered a presentation on ‘Hybrid Warfare – Lessons from Ongoing Conflicts in West Asia’, on July 11, 2017.

Dr Rasheed, in his presentation, discussed the emergence of three non-state actors from West Asia – Hezbollah, ISIS and Houthis – from a terrorist and insurgent force to hybrid armies with sub-conventional and limited conventional features and capabilities.
