Chinoy delivered a lecture on ‘India-China Relations: Historical Perspectives, Strategic Importance and Security Implications’ during the Junior Command Course for BSF Academy Tekanpur, on 27 September 2023. The lecture was followed by a lively Q&A session with nearly 70 officers.
