Anurag Bisen Delivers Lecture on India’s Arctic Interests and Engagements to Officers of NHCC-36 at Naval War College, Goa

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen delivered a lecture to the Officers of the 36th Naval Higher Command Course (NHCC-36) at the Naval War College, Goa on ‘India’s Arctic Interests and Engagements: Role of Indian Navy in Furtherance of Arctic Strategy’ on 09 November 2023.

The lecture was a part of the OOAC Capsule of the Professional Military Education Curriculum for the 36th NHCC.
