Anurag Bisen Interviewed by BASIC on Emerging Risks for Arctic Security

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen was interviewed by the UK-based British-American Security Information Council (BASIC) as part of their ongoing project, ‘Future of Alliance Relationships in the Arctic: Forecasting and Addressing Geopolitical and Strategic Risks 2022-2042’ on 07 Sep 2023. The project aims to forecast emerging risks for Arctic security in relation to geopolitical pressures and strategic competition emerging due to changing alliance relationships in the Arctic region.
