Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Captain (IN) Anurag Bisen made a presentation on ‘Russia, India’s Arctic Policy & INSTC’ at a Round Table Discussion on the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce, in New Delhi, on 20 Jun 2023.

The event saw participation from representatives of the governments of India, Russia, Armenia, and Iran, as well as trade bodies and industries of Russia and India.
