DG IDSA Speaks on India and Arctic at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oslo

On a special invitation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norway, Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta, who is currently visiting Norway, spoke on India’s recent observer status at the Arctic Council and what India can bring to the table on August 7, 2013. He was accompanied by Research Fellow Dr Uttam Sinha and the Indian ambassador to Norway, Mr Rajender Tyagi. Dr Gupta’s visit is a part of the IDSA-PRIO Arctic Research, in collaboration with the Fritjof Nansen Institute and IFS.
