IDSA Scholar, Kishalay Bhattacharjee Addresses Symposium on ‘India: A Million Mutinies’

Senior Fellow, IDSA, Mr Kishalay Bhattacharjee, spoke at the UGC sponsored one-day symposium on ‘India: A Million Mutinies’, organised by the Human Rights Programme, Department of Political Science, Jamia Millia Islamia, on February 1, 2012. Mr Bhattacharjee provided an overview on how North East is perceived as against the complex realities and sub-national assertions witnessed since decades. He discussed conflicts in the region through the prism of identity politics.
