Research Fellow, IDSA, Col PK Gautam (Retd) participated as a resource person in the 5th National Students’ Conference on International Humanitarian Law, titled ‘International Humanitarian Law and Refugee Law’, at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, on February 19, 2016. Col Gautam delivered the Valedictory Address at the conference.
