Uttam Sinha Briefs NE Leaders on India’s Foreign Policy at 8th Netritva Sadhana in Guwahati

Dr Uttam Sinha, Research Fellow, IDSA, interacted with the political leaders of the Northeast in Guwahati and briefed them on India’s foreign policy. The interaction was a part of the Netritva Sadhana, organised by Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini and the Department of Sports and Youth Welfare, Government of Assam, on June 28, 2017.
