Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha gave a brief on ‘India and Climate Change’ at the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) on September 17, 2015. JS (UNES) and Director, Climate Change from the Ministry of Environment and Forest participated in the discussions. Dy National Security Advisor also attended the discussions.
