Uttam Sinha Speaks on India’s Foreign Policy at BHU

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke on India’s Foreign Policy at the Benaras Hindu University (BHU) on Monday January 23, 2017. The talk was a part of the discussion on ‘Emerging Contours of India’s Foreign Policy’, organised by the Malaviya Centre for Peace Research, to mark the centenary year of BHU.

The other panellists included Shakti Sinha, Ashok Malik and Anirban Ganguly.
