Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha’s chapter on Arctic was published in an edited volume by Scientific Press, Singapore. The chapter was published in an edited volume ‘Asian Countries and the Arctic Future’, edited by Leiv Lunde, Jian Yang and Iselin Stensdal. The volume is published in both Chinese and English.
