Vishal Chandra Discusses Avinash Paliwal’s Book on India in Afghanistan at NMML

Research Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra participated in a panel discussion held on the occasion of the release of Dr Avinash Paliwal’s book, ‘My Enemy’s Enemy: India in Afghanistan From the Soviet Invasion to the US Withdrawal’ (HarperCollins), at the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML), New Delhi, on October 23, 2017.

Other panellists included Director, NMML, Mr Shakti Sinha and Distinguished Fellow, Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi, Ambassador Rakesh Sood.
