Associate Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra participated in a New Delhi-Moscow video conference on ‘Afghanistan & Regional Security: What to Expect after 2014?’, organised by the Information Department of the Russian Federation Embassy, New Delhi, along with the Russian News and Information Agency, RIA Novosti, on July 18, 2013.
Other panellists included Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Advisor, Institute of Contemporary International Studies, Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Prof Nikolai Kozyrev and Director, Sasia Security-Risks.com, Brig (retd) Rahul K Bhonsle.
