Vishal Chandra Speaks at Webinar on Afghanistan Organised by India International Centre

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra was invited to speak in the online Panel Discussion on ‘Afghanistan Post-US Withdrawal’, held as part of the ‘Neighbourhood First’ webinar series at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi on June 16, 2021.

Other panellists included Senior Policy Advisor to Afghan Foreign Minister, Dr Arian Sharifi; and Resident Editor, The News International, Mr Rahimullah Yusufzai.
