About The Author

Brigadier Ashish Chhibbar is an alumni of National Defence Academy, Defence Services Staff College and Military College of Telecommunication Engineering and has varied experience of over three decades in all types of terrain and operational assignments. The officer has done his Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and PhD from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Brigadier Ashish Chhibbar is presently Senior Fellow in Strategic Technologies Centre of Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses and his current interests are in cyberspace policy and disruptive technologies of AI, blockchain and big data analysis.
